Delivery Policy
When you are delivered, your signature will be asked electronically or your signature on the invoice copy. This signature is a confirmation that you have received the full products as indicated in the invoice.
If you are not at the designated address, we will deliver the order to anyone at this address and sign the invoice electronically or on the invoice copy. When anyone at the address signs a delivery request, the customer is deemed to have received the items on the invoice if the designated address is reached by you and we cannot deliver the order, please contact the customer service to schedule another delivery date. The Company is not liable for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of the order.
